If getting to a face-to-face appointment doesn't suit you, our advisers can also consult with you over the telephone at any time throughout the year.
How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment to see one of our Financial Advisers, you need to contact us on our Toll Free Number 1800 665 756 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday . Please note that our Financial Advisers are booked approximately three to four weeks in advance and our appointments are for a maximum of one hour and fifteen minutes.
A Financial Services Guide providing details on the services we provide and the costs involved will be provided with your appointment confirmation letter. A Lifestyle questionnaire will also be provided at this time.
For comprehensive advice, you will be required to complete and return the Lifestyle Questionnaire to FSS Financial Planning, PO Box R352 Royal Exchange NSW 1225 prior to your appointment. The 'Lifestyle Questionnaire' is a collection of some of your personal information, and Financial Advisers are required to obtain this information by legislation before they can give you any advice.
